Rehema Technical Training Institute was established in the early 1990s under the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology. Initially, it specialized in training students in tailoring, mechanics, and nurse aide programs. In recent years, the Kenyan government, through an Act of Parliament, mandated that all technical institutes be registered under the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA). As a result, in 2024, Rehema Technical Training Institute was officially registered and accredited as a Technical Vocational College, allowing it to offer diploma-level training. The institution received accreditation under registration number TVETA/P/TVC/0082/2024 and is now approved to offer the following programs: Perioperative Theatre Technology (Certificate – Level 5, Diploma – Level 6) Certified Nurse Assistant (Certificate) Introduction Rehema Technical Training Institute is a fully registered and accredited Technical Vocational College committed to equipping students with practical skills for the modern workforce.
